working process of the machine:
MULTIPLE MACHINING CENTER PRODUCTION LINE
This production line is used only for cutting hardwares holes and grooves in door and doorframe with high precision and efficiency. The whole line includes: cantilever type material load and unload machine, two hydraulic elevating platforms, and MDK4120K multiple machining center- door solution.
Working procedure: put boards on hydraulic elevating platform, load machine will take the board to roller by vacuum chuck device; with the sensor on MDK4120K, the worktable can shift toward load machine and take the board with conveyor.

When the board reaches the end stop, the machine will shift back to working condition, and start machining according to set parameter in computer. After finish machining, the end stop will switch upwards to allow the board pass to unload machine, and worktable will shift towards it, conveyor moves to push board forward, the sensor on unload machine will also control the roller running to get the board. When board arrives on unload machine and stops, it will take the board by vacuum chuck device to unload it on the elevating platform in its front.

Meanwhile, the elevating platform in front of the loading machine will rise so that the board on it can be grabbed by vacuum chuck on loading machine, thus start the next working cycle.
