Deheng PVC edge banding is made of high quality PVC powder and additives. The formula and moulding for the edging is finely tuned. Deheng PVC edge banding presents outstanding characteristics such as non-colour variation after trimming and polishing, strong bonding strength, excellent light stability, superior durability and wearability, stain and chemical resistance, etc.
Deheng has a wide range of woodgrain colours and solid single colours for customers selection. Customized colours are also available upon request.
Surface finishes Deheng provides include matt finish, gloss finish, high gloss finish, embossed texture finish, etc.
Thickness ranges from0.3mm to 3.0mm. Width ranges from 15mm to 650mm.
The edge banding can be produced with backing glue for easy manual operation.

PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride Plastic) Edgebanding is manufactured through an extrusion process into many different thicknesses and widths to match virtually any solid color, woodgrain or pattern.
The back side of the PVC edgebanding is treated with a primer which is an integral part of establishing a successful bond with the adhesive.
