Fully automatic finger jointing line with continuous feeding to specifically process horizontal butt joint. Shaper unit composed by a double end tenoner with continuous feeding through a double chain track for a production up to 120 pieces per minute. Glue application through a pressure system; the flow is automatically adjusted according to the feeding speed and the width of the pieces. The crowding channel, available in different lengths, helps in matching production capacity of the shaper with the pressing unit. Press unit with double channel, available in 4500 or 6000 mm length, for high production (up to 8 cycles per minute).
