This machine is designed with many cutter spindles and can process the four sides of the material simultaneously in one feeding. When the profile cutters are mounted on, it can produce the profile wood products. It is widely used for the wood bock, wood plank, wood flooring, decorative wood moulding and so on.
 
The major parts such as the machine base and machine table are made from high quality cast iron and have been age treated, stability and working precision are guaranteed. A seal and noise-insulation cover to prevent the wood chip and saw dust from scattering and lower the noise to improve the working environment. The feeding speed can be adjusted by turning the knob on the frequency inverter panel, suitable for various cutting requirements. Table plates exchangeable and adjustable according to the tool cutting circle of the vertical spindles, improves working stability and accuracy efficiently.
